Why Are Kpop Idols So Overworked. A healthy body needs at least 8 hours of sleep but Koreans might get 5 hours if they are lucky. And it all started because of a really stupid reason.
There are a lot of people who support the idols but haters are inevitable and they always seem to bleed through the support that is given and it affects the idols in a horrible way. KPop idols are only humans like Korean Pop fans. The K-pop standard is too high that most idols are immensely glorified yet silently perishing in silence. Its sad that this is how the industry works every little. In addition to performances and recording idols have to attend to other schedules including TV appearances and interviews.
